WARM AND MELLOW LOVE
And so with warm and mellow love we go,
Down black urban python roads
Where all the tortured trees and hedgerows grow,
Until we reach our black and parched abode.
Anything could be a poem now,
Any words that we put down,
Could put a smile on a circus clown.
Feeling all torn and desperate,
chain-smoking,
Mind all shot to pieces
Stretched between Aries and Pisces.
The rhetoric narrative that surrounds my mind,
As I speak with all my listening ears,
The finders were low and keeping,
Half-faltered in the inkling
Fullsome, fastfull, softly wakefall
My psyche sensitive but full,
I can feel the pull and the lull,
The need of taurus the bull,
Years of magic mushrooms in Cornwall.
