LONDON
With a mind full of doggeril,
Like a used up toilet roll,
I try to toss off a poem,
A poem with no home,
Too much upstairs,
Too many nightmares,
I'm walking the touchstone
Twixt truth and deceiving.
The universe is against me,
Making it rain,
But there's only one reality,
And that's in my brain.
I want to live in London,
I think the city's ace,
When all's said and done
It might just fit my face,
Get a green mohawk,
Talk jive talk,
Change the way I walk,
Linear lines line up in my mind,
No-one knows the situation,
Thoughts are all you will find,
Down in King's cross station.
Women have taken over my actions,
Belonging to different factions,
It's 4.30, I'm feeling dirty,
Got to see a man called Birty,
About some gear,
Take away the fear,
Hey baby come here,
I need to see your nips
I love your shapely hips,
Sex has reared it's ugly head,
It looks like we're going to bed,
I'm hideous but I got some bread,
One day we'll both be dead,
So let's get it together
In any kind of weather
Bird's of a feather,
Whatever whatever
Never say never
For ever and ever.
